TITLE: Alliance top loader HR leakage on front panel
SUBJECT: Under some circumstances the HR top loader shows leakages. Water is droping out between lid and front panel.
REMEDIAL ACTION
In order to resolve the phenomenon, the inner lid needs to be exchanged and the CCU needs to be reprogrammed by
ESAM. The new variant file has got a modified spin cycle. Like shown in the picture below on the inner lid is added an
additional rib in order to improve the sealing function in the critical area.
The new lids can be ordered under the same code like the old version. The stock in SPC has been exchanged since week
30.
In production the modifications are implemented since week 26/2011
