5. Tap Menu button and tap More > Insert smiley, and select and tap one.
6. Tap Menu button and End chat if you want to stop chatting with your friend.

Managing your friends list
1. Tap Talk from the applications menu.
2. Tap Menu button > More.
3. Tap Invites. You can check pending invitations.
Setting the Talk environment
1. Tap Talk from the applications menu.
2. Tap Menu button and Settings.
3. Tap Automatically sign in if you want to remain signed-in for Talk.
4. Tap Mobile indicator if you want your friends to see that you are on a mobile device.
5. Tap IM notifications if you want to see notifications in the status bar when a new IM arrives.

Gmail

Adding a Gmail account
1. Tap Gmail from the applications menu.
2. Tap Next.
3. Tap Sign in if you have a Gmail account.
4. Enter your user name and password.
5. Tap Sign in.
