play music—slider closed
To activate the music player or to resume
playback while the slider is closed, press
and hold the smart/speakerphone key.
Note: You may also be able to start the music
player with the pause/play control. Press the
smart/speakerphone key to light the touch
sensor controls, then press and hold the
pause/play control for two seconds.
The music player begins playback in Play All
mode (see page 80). Use the touch sensor
controls as follows:

Press & hold x.
rewind

Press & release x.
skip back to
previous

Tip: You can also close the slider while a song
is playing and then use the touch sensor
controls.
To lock the touch sensor controls during
music playback, press and hold the smart/
speakerphone key until the lock symbol
appears in the external display. To unlock the
touch sensor controls, press and hold the
smart/speakerphone key again or open
the slider.
