Visual and functional check of the heating system

Check gas and water bearing components for:
- Leaks
- Visible corrosion
- Deterioration or damage

Check the system water pressure
Check the expansion vessel pressure
Check the operating pressure

Isolate the boiler and check:
- the burner and heat exchanger for contamination

- condensate trap

- ignition system

Check the gas supply

Check the flue intake and exhaust, and connections

Record readings:
