VoiceCom 1000™ Selecting the Mounting Positions Mounting the Microphone There is a self-adhesive tape affixed to the rear of the microphone holder. The selected mounting place must suit in size and shape the self-adhesive surface of the microphone holder. The microphone cable must extend up to the place of mounting the Control Unit! Check the best routing of the microphone cable and position the cable.
Selecting the Mounting Positions If such a console is not available, the Control Unit should be mounted behind the radio under the dashboard. Carefully remove the console panels or dashboard panels and determine a suitable mounting position. Be sure that there is at least 2 ¾ inches (70 mm) free space behind the Control Unit for the plug-in connectors.

The car specific Wiring Harness available from ROSEN as an accessory part is specifically designed for your car, and makes for an error-free and fast electrical connection of the system components.
