Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with your speaker, check for a solution in this list. If the problem persists, contact
Samsung Customer Service.
Problem
Power will not turn on.
Buttons do not work.
Music is not playing.
Bluetooth connections
could not be made.
The remote control does not
operate.
The sound is not output
suddenly in playback for an
extended time.

Check if the AC Power adaptor and the AC cord are properly connected.
Unplug the AC cord and connect it again.
Check if the AC Power adaptor and the AC cord are properly connected.
The buttons on the speaker are the touch sensor system.
The touch button may not function if you use your fingernail or an instrument such as a
ballpoint pen.
Unplug the AC cord and connect it again.
Check if the current external device is playing music.
Check if you speaker is set to the right external device connection mode (AUX, OPTICAL,
USB, Bluetooth).
Check if you select MUTE on the remote control.
Check if the speaker is paired with the Bluetooth device you use.
The Bluetooth connection can be set off if you turn the speaker or Bluetooth device off and
on. In this case, try to connect again.
In Bluetooth connection mode, the Bluetooth connection can be set off if the interval between
the speaker and the Bluetooth device exceeds a certain distance. If the distance is reduced
to the effective range or you restart the speaker, the Bluetooth connection will be restored.
Check if the Line-in cable, the optical cable or the USB cable is properly connected.
Try to operate it in a short distance to the speaker.
Replace the lithium battery.
Your speaker has the auto mute function to protect from overheat as the internal temperature
of the speaker increases in case of an extended time of playback in a high ambient temperature.
Turn off the speaker and restart it in a minute.
