Resuming a Meeting

Opening layout data

A meeting can be resumed from the state when the layout data was saved.
1. Touch the layout drawer.
2. Drag the thumbnail of the desired layout data to the work area.
3. Touch "OK".
Importing an exported file
A meeting can be resumed from an exported state.
When a file is imported, the immediately previous layout is automatically saved.
1. Touch "Home" ( ) on the Tools.
2. Touch "Import".
3. Select the file that was exported and touch "Open".
Caution
• A copy of the file that was displayed on the sheet is saved in the export file. For this reason, any changes that were made to
the file after the export are not applied.
