In this manual, you will find assembly instructions, suggestions for grilling and helpful hints, as well as guidelines for the safe operation, proper care and use of your grill.

  • Page 8 Step 1 a) Inset the thermometer (B) into the holes on the front top of the lid (A) and seal with the thermometer flat washer (KKK) and the thermometer nut (JJJ). b) Insert the pre‐attached bolts on the lid handle (D) into the holes on the front bottom of the lid and seal with one flat washer (AAA), one spring washer (BBB), and one nut (CCC).
  • Page 9 Step 5 Put the oil plate (I) above the burner and align the holes with the holes on the side hole of the body. Insert one bolt (GGG) into each pre‐drilled hole and seal with one flat washer (DDD) and one spring washer (EEE), and one nut (FFF).

    Lighting Your Grill DANGER: Failure to open lid while igniting the grill’s burners or not waiting five minutes to allow gas to clear if the grill does not light, may result in an explosion, which could cause serious bodily injury or death. WARNING: To prevent possible bodily injury, never stand with your head directly over the grill when preparing to light or when lighting the main burners.

    Troubleshooting Problem Possible Cause Prevention/Cure Burner will not light using a match. No gas flow. Check if propane cylinder is empty. If empty, replace. Obstruction of gas flow. Clear burner tube. Disengagement of burner to valve. Reengage burner and valve. Spider webs or insect nest in venturi.
