    WARNINGS Failure to follow these instructions and Car Seat labels can result in child striking the vehicle’s interior during a sudden stop or crash. • Use this Car Seat only with children who weigh between 22 and 100 lbs. (10 and 45 kg.) and whose height is between 29 and 57 in.

  • Page 8 WARNINGS • This Car Seat is designed and tested to accommodate a child of a specific range of WEIGHT and HEIGHT. Using the Car Seat for a child whose weight or height is outside of these limits will increase the risk of death or serious injury in the event of a crash (see Section 5.0 of this manual for WEIGHT and HEIGHT limits for this car seat).

The vehicle seat belt must be capable of maintaining tight installation at all times. A variety of vehicles have been equipped with vehicle seat belt sys - tems that are not safe for use with the Car Seat.

    9.0 Vehicle Seat Belts Unsafe Seat Belt Systems: DO NOT use the following types of vehicle seat belt systems with the Car Seat. These vehicle seat belt systems will not hold the Car Seat securely in place at all times. The addition of a locking clip will not make these vehicle seat belt systems safe to use.
