Is the "H" pulse (approximately 6V) inputted to
the base of Q1106?
Check Q1106 and their periphery, and
replace P3(PW/SW ASSEMBLY) if defective.

P-ON+10V is not outputted.
Is the supply voltage 14V fed to the cathode
of D1031?
Is 12V voltage supplied to collector of Q1105?
Is 10V voltage outputed to pin 12 of CL1001?
Check for load circuit short-circuiting or leak, and
replace P1(AV ASSEMBLY) if defective.
