Check the Vbat voltage.(3.35V ~ 4.0V)
Plug TA into the 18pin MMI connector.
Check "_CHG_EN" Signal
START
Make sure the battery is present.
Check Resistance
middle pin of battery.
Is it about 10K Ohm?
Yes
18pin MMI(CN401)
Is soldered ?
Yes
Voltage at FB401 & FB402
= 4.8 ~ 4.9V?
Yes
_CHG_EN signal
is Low?
Yes
Charge will be operating properly

4. Trouble Shooting
No
Battery has problem.
Change it.
No
Re-solder the CN401
No 1)Check the solder FB401 & FB402.
2)TA can be damaged.
Change other TA and test again.
No
1) Download S/W again.
2) Replace U207
