How do I check my mobile usage?
Just visit talktalk.co.uk/myaccount
Here you can track how many minutes, texts or data you've
used. You'll also be able to see your remaining allowance.
It can take up to 48 hours for your usage to update in
My Account
Can I use my phone abroad?
You can make and receive calls when overseas, however,
these charges will not be included in your monthly package
and will be itemised separately on your bill.

You'll need to activate roaming on your mobile before
using it abroad. Call Customer Care free of charge from
your TalkTalk Mobile on 0870 087 8751 before you go.

How do I check my mobile coverage?
You can view the coverage in your area and check your
network status by visiting talktalk.co.uk/mobilecoverage
How can I access my TalkTalk Mobile voicemail?
You can access your voicemail by calling 121 from your
handset. Voicemail is completely free to use in the UK,
you'll only be charged if you're checking it from abroad.
How do I add or remove a bar on my account?
Sometimes it's a good idea to restrict certain types of usage
on your mobile, so you can control your bill. Call Customer
Care free of charge from your mobile on 2883 to ask for a bar
to be applied or removed from your account.
Why can't I make or receive calls and texts?
If you're having problems with calls or texts, try one of
the following:
Check the signal strength on your handset. If it's very low or
no signal at all, try moving to somewhere with an improved
signal strength.
If your call is being transferred to Customer Services, you
may have exceeded your call limit. Make sure you stay on
the line and we'll help you resolve the issue.
Turn off your handset, remove the battery and SIM, then
reassemble your mobile. Turn the handset on again and
then try to make another call or send a text.
