When the package containing the transceiver is first opened, please check it

Charge Cable Connects HX300 and PA-54
 : "B" suffix is for use with 120 VAC (Type-A plug), "C" suffix is for use with
230 VAC (Type-C plug), and "U" suffix is for use with 230 VAC (Type-BF
plug).
Note: Before operating the HX300 for the first time, it is recommended that
the battery be charged. Please see section "4.2.3 BATTERY CHARGING"
for details.
