To wall jack
Setting Up the Voice Extension
• P lug the black power cord into an electrical outlet not
controlled by a wall switch.
• P lug the phone cord into a phone jack on the wall. If a phone
is already plugged into the phone jack, plug that phone into the
back of the Voice Extension in the purple jack labeled "AUX."
• S witch on the Voice Extension by sliding the power switch
on the back of the unit to the "ON" position.
• R eturn to the Base Communicator and turn your Base
Communicator to "ON".
