    SECTION 2 ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENTS 2.1 EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR ADJUSTMENT Instrument Condition Oscilloscope Capable of measuring 100MHz or higher bands and calibrated. Vectorscope Must be calibrated. Readable in 8 or more digits. Constancy of 0.1 ppm/1 × 10 Frequency counter –7 or more at 0°C to 40°C and calibrated.
