Caution
At the power of SMPS PCB, the AC115(230)V
power and a high-voltage over DC 170(325)
V are occurred.
Please take care of yourself on repair and
measurement.
Check the SMPS PBA
-. 12V : CON02(#1<>#3)
-. 5V : CON02(#5<>#3
Start
Is the power plug connected?
Yes
Does the SMPS deliver normal
output voltages of 12V and 5V?
Yes
Does the Panel
PCB function properly?
Yes
Is there any soldering short or
poor soldering job detected on
PCB?
Yes
Normal

Make sure the plug is connected and
not loose.
No
Replace the PCB ASSY
No

1. Resolder the PCB
2. Replace the PCB MAIN
