IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE PLUG ON YOUR PRODUCT

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Please remove the cardboard inserts from the grille
before assembling.
• Step 1: Be sure to remove the heater body, handle and legs
from the packaging.
• Step 2: Slide the right curved leg into the center leg connector
by matching up the slots until you hear a clicking sound. Do
the same with the left curved leg (Fig. 2).
• Step 3: Slide the leg base onto the bottom connector of the
heater body until you hear a snap and the legs are
firmly inserted into the heater (Fig. 3).
NOTE: The legs only insert into the heater one
way.
• Step 4: Slide the metal base of the handle into the
handle slot of the heater body until it firmly snaps
into place (Fig. 4). You may have to depress the
ball plunger on each side to fully insert the handle
into the socket.
NOTE: This handle is only for carrying the heater,
not for mounting use.
REPLACING THE HEATING BULB
The heating bulb included with the product is reliable, however, follow these
instructions in the event that the bulb needs to be changed.
• Step 1: To purchase a new replacement Heating Bulb, please contact our
consumer relations group at 1-800-477-0457 for cost and shipping details.
When calling, please be sure to reference model number HZ-940 series. When
you receive the replacement Heating Bulb, please follow these instructions for
installing.
NOTE: Do not touch element with your bare hands. Use a glove when replacing or touching the
Heating Bulb. The residue from oils on your skin will result in damaging the bulb. Please make sure
the unit is NOT PLUGGED IN and is shut off before inserting or replacing the heating bulb.
• Step 2: Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on the side of the grille (Fig. 5) and open the
grill to gain access to the bulb. Please note, for added safety measures, the heater is deactivated when
the grille is removed, even if it is plugged in and turned on.
