6.7： Open the CPU Slot with Screw Driver, then
lock CPU Module
as below.

6.8: Assemble the Fan, after that Lock the 4 spring
screws, then lock the 3 screws (M2.5*5mm).
Attention：the screw driver torque is 2.0-2.5Kgf-cm
