Your purchase of this state-of-the-art security system ex- presses a deep concern for the security of your vehicle, its contents, and passengers. To fully appreciate the many functions and safeguards incorporated in this system, please spend a few minutes reading this manual.
- Page 3 ARMING THE SYSTEM (CHANNEL 1): ACTIVE 1. Turn off the engine, exit the vehicle, and close and lock all doors, hood, and trunk. 2. Momentarily depress the button on the keychain transmitter. The siren will "chirp" once, the doors will lock (optional), and the dash mounted LED will begin to slowly flash. WARNING ! Excessive pressure on the transmitter button will damage the internal components on the circuit board.
- Page 4 DISARMING THE SYSTEM (CHANNEL 1): 1. As you approach the vehicle, press and release the button on the key chain transmitter. WARNING! Excessive pressure on the transmitter buttons will damage the internal components on the circuit board. All that is required is a light push to the button. 2.
- Page 5 Turn the ignition key on, and move the valet switch to the “on” position. The alarm will stop sounding, and the vehicle can now be started. NOTE: Always remember to move the Valet Switch back to the ”off” position. This will ensure that the vehicle remains protected at all times.
