Period to synchronize calendar: to select how many days worth of calendar
events the device and server should synchronize. Choose from: Two weeks,
One month, Three month, Six month, or All.

Period to synchronize email to select the how many days of data you want to
sync. Choose from: One day, Three days, One week, Two weeks, or All.
•
Sync schedule: Allows you to set the Peak sync schedule, Off-peak sync
schedule, Peak start time, Peak end time, and Peak days.
•
Message size limit: Allows you to set the message size limit to Header Only,
5KB, 10KB, 20KB, 50KB, or No limit.
•
Inbox Sort by: to sort Inbox by date, subject, sender, or size.
•
Roaming: Allows you to retrieve email automatically while roaming.
•
Default account: assigns this account as the default used when sending out
new emails.
•
Ask before deleting: to set whether to ask before deleting.
•
Email notifications: enable the device to display
new emails have been received.
•
Select ringtone: assigns an audible ringtone when a new or upcoming event is
pending.
•
Vibrate: assigns a vibration when a new or upcoming event is pending.
•
Vibrate Type: Allows you to set the type of vibrate for new messages.
•
Incoming settings: provides access to the Domain, password, and exchange
server parameter fields.
•
Sync contacts: synchronizes the contacts between your device and the remote
exchange server. A checkmark indicates the feature is enabled.
•
Sync calendar: synchronizes your exchange calendar entries between your
device and the remote exchange server. A checkmark indicates the feature is
enabled.
•
Out Of Office: allows you to configure your Out of Office settings.
