    My Apple device does not recognize the connection with PIANO APPRENTICE. o Solution 1: Make sure PIANO APPRENTICE's CONNECTOR CABLE is securely connected to the device's dock connector port. o Solution 2: Try turning PIANO APPRENTICE's power off then on again.
