Connecting and
disconnecting BlackBerry
Connect
BlackBerry Connect is normally continuously
connected while your phone is switched on. However, if
your service provider contract does not permit more than
one data connection at a time, it will be necessary to
place BlackBerry Connect on pause if you want to use an
alternative connection, for example, to browse the
internet or check an alternative email account:
To place BlackBerry Connect on pause:
1. Tap > , in the status bar of your phone.

2. The status bar icon flashes
To reconnect BlackBerry Connect:
1. Tap > , in the status bar of your phone.
Resume
2. BlackBerry Connect is reinstated when
displayed in the status bar.
To turn BlackBerry Connect off:
1. Tap > , in the status bar of your phone.

2. Tap at the bottom of the BlackBerry Connect
