Disconnect SU board from
SC board then Power ON.
Can you see the picture
normally at lower half?
Yes

Notice:
You can also diagnose which board is wrong by measuring waveform at TPSC1.
Diagnosis procedure is as follows.
Situation
Disconnect SU Board
(Connect SD)
Disconnect SD Board
(Connect SU)
Disconnect Both Boards
Connect SU board, Disconnect SD
No
board from SC board then
Power ON. Can you see the picture
normally at upper half?
Yes
