Upgrading the software
USB upgrade
You can upgrade the software by using USB Memory Stick,
t Connect your USB Memory Stick with the upgrade file to the USB
terminal on the side of yourT_.

_- to select Software update, then press OK.
3 to select USB, then press OK.

to select your desired USB port, then press OK.
5 to select the desired Update file.
6 Use _11_ to select Yes, then press OK.
7 Read the on-screen instructions and confirm that you want to
continue with the installation,
8 When the software upgrade is completed, press (_ to set the unit
to go into Standby mode, then remove the USB Memory Stick.
9 Unplug the AC power cord for a few seconds from AC outlet and
plug it again.
t 0 Press (_ again toTurn the unit On.
• TheTV starts up with the new software,

Network update
You can update the software by connecting the unit to the Intemet.
t Use A T to select Software update, then press OK.
_- Use A T to select Network, then press OK.
3 Use _11_ to select Yes, then press OK.
• This unit will then start cheddng for the latest firmware version.
4 Confirmation message will appear.
Use _11_ to select Yes, then press OK.
• The unit will start downloading the latest firmware version.
• The unit will start updating the firmware version.
• It may take a while to complete the updating.
When the software update is complete, press IO to make sure the
unit goes to Standby mode.
6 Unplug the AC power cord for a few seconds from AC outlet and
plug it again,
7 Press _ again toTurn the unit On.
• TheTV starts up with the new software.

• All settings will remain the same even if you upda±e the software version,

available when upda±ing the firmware.
Automatically check for latest software
This function lets you know if the latest software is available while the
unit is connected to the Internet.
t Use A Y to select Automatically check for latest software, then
press OK.
_- Use A T to select the desired option, then press OK.
Off Disable automatically check for" latest software.
On A message vdll appear" ifther'e is the latest software on the
network server
Netflix deactivation
Displays the deactivation setting for Netfiix.
t Use A T to select Nedlix deactivation, then press OK.
_- Use A T to select the desired option, then press OK.
Yes Deactivate the connection to Netflix.
No Activate the connection to Netflix.
Netflix ESN
Displays the ESN information.
t Use A T to select Nedlix ESN,then press OK.
• Displays the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) to get any services
from Netflix.
VUDU deactivation
Displays the deactivation setting forVUDU.
t Use A T to select VUDU deactivation, then press OK.
2 Use A T to select the desired option, then press OK.
Yes Deactivate the connection toVUDU.
No Activate the connection toVUDU.
YouTube
deactivation
Displays the deactivation setting forYouTube.
t Use A T to select YouTube deactivation, then press OK.

Hulu Plus deactivation
Displays the deactivation setting for Hulu Plus.
