4. Troubleshooting
Entering the EDID

1. Install the Winddc.exe program onto the PC.
2. Click the Winddc icon.
3. Select Open.
4. Select Port #1
5. Open a DDC file.
*File Name
"SM2493HMA.ddc" → Analog DDC
"SM2493HMD.ddc" → Digital DDC
"SM2493HMH.ddc" → HDMI DDC
6. Click Next (OK).
