Settings

Enabling location access

Location access allows location-based apps (such as Weather and Camera) to collect and
use your location data. You must enable location access before using maps or navigation
apps.
Features may vary depending on your network operator.

Open
Settings.

Touch Advanced settings > Location services, and then turn on the Access to my
location switch.

You can choose Mode:
Use GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile networks: Uses both GPS and your phone's Internet
connection. Enable this option for highly accurate positioning.
Use Wi-Fi and mobile networks: Uses your phone's Internet connection only.
Enable this option to reduce power consumption and increase your phone's standby
time.
Use GPS only: Does not require a mobile data connection. Enable this option to
reduce mobile data usage.

Configuring the display settings

You can configure the display settings to personalise your phone. For example, you can
change the wallpaper, font size and screen-off time.
Open
Settings, and then touch Display. You can configure the following settings:
Colour temperature: Adjust the colour temperature for images displayed on your
phone. Select a warmer colour temperature for a softer look and a cooler colour
temperature for a sharper image. Clear the Default check box to manually adjust the
colour temperature.
