Dome was left on too long.
Immediately remove Dome.

Tomato plant is too close to the
Grow Bulbs. Raise the Lamp Hood.
Blossoms Falling Off Plant
If you see flower blooms on your
Grow Surface, your tomato plants
are not being pollinated sufficiently.
Pollinate your plants as described
