Digital thermometer

1. Description
The TE501 digital thermometer displays indoor and outdoor temperatures
simultaneously. The thermometer's memory holds minimum and maximum
temperature readings, which can be displayed on screen.
2. Installation
2.1 Battery
Open the battery compartment (found on the back) by pulling down on the tab at
the top of the battery cover. Insert the AAA battery (included).
2.2 Thermometer
2.1
Use the bracket on the back of the thermometer to mount the thermostat
on a wall. For tabletop mounting, use the retractable base.
2.3 Sensor
Note: The sensor should be installed outdoors (the thermometer has a built-
in sensor to record indoor temperatures).
Recommended installation: Run the sensor wire outside along a window sill or
frame, ensuring the sensor cable will not be damaged when the window is
closed.
Before mounting the sensor, peel off the sticker on the flat side of the sensor.

  • Page 2 3. Operation The thermometer normally displays the inside and outside temperatures. To view the maximum and minimum indoor temperatures (IN) stored in memory, press the MAX-MIN button once. To view the maximum and minimum outdoor temperatures (OUT), press the MAX-MIN button twice.
