How to Operate the RS100, con't
Indicates when the RS100 is in
the Critical Listening Mode

Note: When a recording is in a sound format not
supported by the Critical Listening Mode,
a message will appear stating "This file is
encoded in an unsupported sample rate and
cannot be played". Refer to figure 4.

4. The music selection that has the unsupported
sample rate may be listened to by switching
Off the Critical Listening Mode. Switch Off
the Critical Listening Mode by first selecting
the "X". Refer to figure 5. Then select "OK" in
the "Are you sure? Closing will stop playback"
window.

5. Then select the RS100 (Living Room) followed
by selecting "Music". Refer to figures 6 and 7.

Reset of Microprocessors
In the unlikely event the controls of the RS100 stop
functioning, the internal microprocessors can be
reset by performing the following:
1. Disconnect the AC Power Cord from the Rear
Panel of the RS100, wait two minutes and then
reconnect AC Power Cord to the Rear Panel of
the RS100.
2. Momentarily press the STANDBY/ON - IN-
PUT Control switching back On the RS100 and
then resume listening.
Resetting to Factory Default Settings
If it becomes desirable to reset all of the RS100
settings to the factory default values, perform the
following steps:
Warning: After the RS100 is returned to Factory
Default Settings, it will become necessary
to re-establish communications between
the RS100 and the Mobile Device via the
Network Communications. Refer to "RS100
Quick Start" starting on page 3 (step 4) for
additional information.
1. With the RS100 On, press and hold in simulta-
neously the STANDBY/ON - INPUT Control
and VOLUME Control until the meter starts to
deflect upwards followed by an audible beep,
then release both controls.
2. Disconnect the AC Power Cord from the Rear
Panel of the RS100, wait two minutes and then
reconnect the AC Power Cord to the Rear Panel
of the RS100.
3. Proceed to "Quick Start" STEP 6, on page 4 of
this Operation Guide.
