When installing: When attaching the system board to the base cover, adjust the placement of the USB ports
as shown in a , and make sure that they are attached to the holes on the base cover as shown. Improper
placement of those jacks might cause a damage.

For access, remove these FRUs in order:
• "1010 Base cover assembly" on page 52
• "1020 Battery pack" on page 53
• "1030 Hard disk drive or solid-state hybrid drive" on page 54
• "1040 Memory module" on page 55
• "1050 Wireless-LAN /Bluetooth card" on page 57
• "1060 Thermal fan assembly and Heat Sink assembly" on page 59
• "1070 System board" on page 60
Removal steps of the speaker assembly
Loosen four screws 1 and remove the speakers
