Alltitk and copyright in and to the SOFTWARE (ineluding but nOllimited to any map data, images, photographs, anim'ltion,
video, audio, music, t<:xt and ""ppiets", incorporakd into the SOFTWARE), and any copies of tile SOFTWARE, afe OWllL'(1 by SONY,
licensors and suppliers to SONY and their respt'ctive affilialt's (such Iict'nsors and suppliers to SONY, together with their respective
affiliates, arc hereinafter collectiwly ref...rred to as "SONY's Licensors"). All rights not specifically granted under this LICENSE an'
resen't,d by SONY or SONY's Licensurs.
HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES
Tile SOFTWARE is not fault-tolerant and is not dt'signed. manufactured or intended for use in haz,lfdousenvironments requiring
fail-safl' pl.'rformance, such as in tht' opaation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control,
direcllife support machines, or weapons s),stems, in which the failure of the SOfTWARE could lead to dealh, personal injury,
or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). SONY, its affilialt's.their respective suppliers and SONY's
Licensors specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of lit ness for High Risk Activities
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE
You expressly acknowledge and Jgrt'e thJt use of the SOFTWARE is al your sole risk. The SOFI'WARE is provided "AS IS" and
without warranty of any kind and SONY, its affiliates, its JnJ their respective suppliers and SONY's Licensor.s (in this section, SONY,

If Jny part of this LICENSE is hdd invaliJ or unenforceable. the other parIs will remain v;llid
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISOICTION
This LICENSE shall be governed by the laws of Japan without giving effect to its conflict oflaws provisions or the United Nations
Con\Tntion for Contract~ for the InternJtional SJle of Goods, which is expressly excluded. Any dispute arising out of this LICENSE
shall be subject to the exclusive venuc (lfthe Tokyo District Court, and the parties hercby con"entta the venue and jurisdiction
of such court. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE TRIAL In' JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTERS ARISING UNDER OR
RELATING TO THIS lICENSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION Of THE RIGHT 01-" TRIAL BY
JURY, IN SUCH CASE THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOu.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT

this SOFTWARE was prOVided.
If the Contracting Officer, federal gowrnment agency. or any federal official refuses to use the legend provided herein, the
ContrJ(ting Officer. fedt'ml government agency, or any fedt'ral official must notify SONY prior to seeking additional or allernative
rights in the Software.
