Why can't I hear the music audio?
• Ensure the music volume is turned up .

Why can't I hear the microphones?
• Ensure a high-impedance microphone is being used .
• Ensure the appropriate mic volume is turned up .

Why won't my USB/SD Card be recognized?
• Make sure the USB or SD Card is set to either FAT or FAT32 file system .
• Do not use USB/SD Cards larger than 32GB .
• External hard drives are not compatible .
