Features and Customisation
Positioning of microphone
Adjust the boom arm of your headset so that the microphone is pointed
toward your mouth and as close as possible to your mouth.
Muting the microphone
To mute the microphone, press the Mute Button (F) on the telephone.
When the microphone is muted, the On/Off Button flashes.
Wearing styles: headband or earhook
You may choose between a headband or earhook wearing style for your headset.
To attach an earhook (7):
1. Gently push on the foam/leatherette side of the headset receiver with your thumb
to push out the headset receiver from the headband ring.
2. Insert the thin end of the flexible earhook into one of the earhook clutches. There
are 2 clutches, allowing you to wear the headset on either ear.
To attach a headband (4):
1. Pull out the earhook from the earhook clutch.
2. Gently snap on the headset receiver to the headband ring.

Use and Programming of Buttons
Redial Button
Press the Redial Button (G) to call the last
number dialed.
Flash Button
Hold down the Flash Button (E) for 1 second to
end a call and reopen the line to place a new call.
Programming the Memory Dial Buttons
1. Press the On/Off Button (A) to get dialtone.
Press the Program Button (B) and dial the
number you want to store into memory.
2. Store the number by immediately pressing
the particular Memory Dial Buttons (H) (labeled
a, b or c on the phone) that you wish to
assign the number to.
3. To automatically dial a number programmed for memory dialing, press the On/Off
Button followed by the appropriate Memory Dial Button for the stored number.

Optional Connections

Using the External Audio Feature
1. Connect the External Audio Cord (10) to the Audio
In socket (K) and the other end into your audio
device (MP3, CD player or computer sound card).
2. With the telephone Off, turn on your audio.
You should now hear the sound through your headset.
3. Volume to the headset is set from the audio device and
not from the telephone.
4. To answer or place a call, press the On/Off Button (A). Your call will override the
external audio.
