Defi ne outgoing fi les
To specify which types of fi les in your device to synchronise
with your home media devices and how to synchronise
them, press
, and select
Tools

Select the media type, Options, corresponding settings,
and from the following:
Target devices
— Select
On
to set fi les in this category
to be synchronised with the fi les in the target devices.
Keep on phone
— Select
Yes
to prevent the fi les of the
selected category in your device from being synchronised.
With images you can also select whether to delete the
image or to keep the original or a scaled version of it in
your device. Selecting the original size consumes more
memory.
Exclude playlist
— To prevent a specifi c music playlist
from being synchronised.
Exclude album
— To prevent a specifi c video or image
album from being synchronised.

View synchronisation log
View the direction, date, and time of the synchronisation,
and the amount and type of synchronised fi les.

Play Music

To play a song:
Sync

Music
player.
> Open.

Select Music.
> Restore.

Select a song you want to hear.

To play the selected fi les, press
the scroll key.
To adjust the volume, press the volume key. Listen to music
at a moderate level. Continuous exposure to high volume
may damage your hearing.
To return to the standby mode and leave the player playing
in the background, press the end key, or, to switch to
another open application, press and hold .
To close the player, select

FM Transmitter

When the transmitter is on and transmitting sound,
is displayed in the standby mode.
Music

If the transmitter is on, but not transmitting anything,
is displayed and a periodic tone sounds. If the
transmitter is idle for several minutes and not transmitting
anything, it is switched off automatically.
With the FM transmitter, you can play songs in your device
through any compatible FM receiver, such as a car radio or
a home stereo system.
The FM transmitter cannot be used at the same time as
the FM radio of your device. The operating frequency range
of the transmitter is from 88.1 MHz to 107.9 MHz.
