Using the radio

Once you've stored your favorite stations, you can easily tune in the station with any band and
frequency setting by pressing one of the 1 - 5 buttons.

Listening to the radio

You can enjoy FM and AM programs.

Press FM or AM to select the band (direct power-on).
Note
On the remote control, press RADIO ON/BAND until the band you want appears.
Each time you press the button, the display on the remote control changes as follows:

Press TUNING + or – to tune in the
station you want and adjust the
volume.
To turn off the radio
Press x/CHG•RADIO OFF. (Hold down x•RADIO ON/BAND•RADIO OFF on the remote
control.)
To tune in the station quickly
Hold down TUNING + or – in step 2 until the frequency digits begin to change in the display.
The CD player automatically scans the radio frequencies and stops when it finds a clear station.
