2 Installation 2.1 Unpacking Check the following articles are in the package: Modem, USB Extension cable, Quick Start Guide and User Manual. 2.2 Software Installation 2.2.1 Insert the SIM Card into the Modem The SIM card is the Subscriber Interface Module provided by your Service Provider. Before using the modem make sure the SIM card supports data services. -

2.3 Using your Modem Connect your modem to the computer. Your computer will launch the Connection Manager application automatically. The modem will initialize and the main user interface will appear. If the application does not launch, double click Finder > Applications > Fido Connection Manager to run the software. -
