• Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and
other utensils away from blade during operation to reduce the risk of injury to
persons and/or damage to the Stick Mixer. A spatula or scraper may be used when
the appliance is not in operation
• When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container or make small
quantities at a time to reduce spillage
• DO NOT place Stick Mixer on or near a hot burner or in a heated oven
• DO NOT use over a stove or other heat source. When mixing soups or other hot
foods or liquids, remove the saucepan from the heat source before using the Stick
Mixer
• This appliance is NOT intended to chop ice. Add ice to beverage after blending
• Blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care
• DO NOT use Stick Mixer for other than its intended use
• DO NOT leave Stick Mixer unattended while it is operating
• The use of attachments not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire,
electrical shock or injury
• DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table or countertop
• DO NOT use outdoors or for commercial purposes

To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this appliance has a polarized Plug (one blade
is wider than the other). This Plug fits a polarized outlet only one way. This is a safety
feature intended to help reduce the risk of electrical shock. If the Plug does not fit
fully into the outlet, reverse the Plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
