Durante a avaliação do produto em relação aos requisitos
da Directiva 1999/5/CE, foram aplicadas as seguintes

A Selecção dinâmica de frequências (DFS) e o Controlo
de potência de transmissão (TPC) são necessários para o

DFS: O equipamento cumpre os requisitos DFS conforme
definido na norma ETSI EN 301 893. Esta funcionalidade
é requerida pelos regulamentos para evitar interferências
com Serviços de radiolocalização (radares).
TPC: Para funcionamento na banda de 5 GHz, o nível
máximo de potência é 3 dB ou mais, abaixo do limite

for the use of wireless local area networks (LANs). The
table labeled "Overview of Regulatory Requirements for
Wireless LANs" provides an overview of the regulatory
requirements applicable for the 2,4- and 5-GHz bands.
Later in this document you will find an overview of
countries in which additional restrictions or requirements
or both are applicable.
The requirements for any country may evolve. Linksys
recommends that you check with the local authorities for
the latest status of their national regulations for both the
2,4- and 5-GHz wireless LANs.
