WArrANTY / GArANTIe/ GArANTIA
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS,
IMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The manufacturer warrants to customers that, for a period of two years from the date of purchase, the manufacturer's
products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The obligation of the manufacturer under this warranty is
expressly limited to the provision of replacement products. This warranty is extended only to the original
purchaser of the product. A purchaser's receipt or other proof of date of original purchase acceptable to the manufacturer.
This is required before warranty performance shall be rendered.
This warranty does not apply to the manufacturer products that have been altered or repaired or that have been subjected
to neglect, abuse, misuse or accident (including shipping damages). This warranty does not apply to products not
manufactured by the manufacturer which have been supplied, installed, and/or used in conjunction with the manufacturer
products. Damage to the product caused by replacement bulbs or corrosion or discoloration of brass components are not
covered by this warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR IN TORT
INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), NOR FOR LOST PROFITS; NOR SHALL THE LIABILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER FOR
ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OR THE MANUFACTURE,
SALE, DELIVERY, USE, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF THE MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS, OR
SUPPLY OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THEREFORE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM. NO LABOR CHARGES WILL BE ACCEPTED TO REMOVE OR INSTALL FIXTURES.

LA GARANTIE SUIVANTE CONSTITUE LA SEULE GARANTIE OFFERTE POUR CE PRODUIT ET ELLE PRÉVAUT SUR
TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE, QU'ELLE SOIT EXPRESSE, IMPLICITE OU LÉGALE, Y COMPRIS, SANS S'Y LIMITER,
TOUTE GARANTIE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU D'ADÉQUATION À TOUT USAGE PARTICULIER.
Le fabricant garantit aux clients que ses produits seront exempts de tout défaut de matériaux ou de fabrication pendant
une période de deux ans à compter de la date d'achat. En vertu de la présente garantie, l'obligation du fabricant se limite
expressément au remplacement des produits. La présente garantie est offerte à l'acheteur initial du produit seulement. Le
fabricant requiert le reçu ou une autre preuve de la date d'achat originale qu'il juge acceptable. Cette preuve est nécessaire
pour obtenir l'exécution de la garantie.
La présente garantie ne couvre pas les produits du fabricant qui ont été modifiés, réparés ou qui ont été soumis à un usage
abusif ou inapproprié, à une négligence ou à un accident (y compris les dommages subis lors de la livraison). Cette garantie
ne couvre pas les produits fabriqués par un tiers qui ont été fournis, installés ou utilisés conjointement avec les produits du
manufacturier. Les dommages causés par le remplacement des ampoules, la corrosion ou la décoloration des composantes
en laiton ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie.
LIMITATION De LA reSPONSABILITÉ :
EN AUCUN CAS LE FABRICANT N'EST RESPONSABLE DES DOMMAGES SPÉCIAUX, INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES
OU CONSÉCUTIFS (QU'ELLE QUE SOIT LA FORME DE L'ACTION, QUE CE SOIT EN VERTU D'UN CONTRAT, DE LA
RESPONSABILITÉ STRICTE, DES DÉLITS, Y COMPRIS LA NÉGLIGENCE), NI POUR LES PERTES DE PROFIT, ET LA
RESPONSABILITÉ DU FABRICANT POUR TOUTE RÉCLAMATION OU DOMMAGE RÉSULTANT OU EN LIEN AVEC CES
TERMES OU AVEC LA FABRICATION, LA VENTE, LA LIVRAISON, L'UTILISATION, L'ENTRETIEN, LA RÉPARATION OU LA
MODIFICATION DU PRODUIT DU FABRICANT, OU L'APPROVISIONNEMENT DE PIÈCES DE RECHANGE NE DOIT PAS
EXCÉDER LE PRIX INITIAL DU PRODUIT DU FABRICANT DONNANT AINSI LIEU À UNE RÉCLAMATION. AUCUN FRAIS
DE MAIN D'ŒUVRE NE SERA ACCEPTÉ POUR LE RETRAIT OU L'INSTALLATION DU LUMINAIRE.
Pour effectuer une réclamation, communiquez avec le service à la clientèle au 1 866 994 4148 entre 8 h et 18 h (HNE),
du lundi au jeudi, ou entre 8 h et 17 h (HNE) le vendredi.
