Problem
The LED indicator does not illuminate
when the charging cable is connected to

Solution
Check the connection.
Ensure power is present at outlet.
Clean dirty ventilation openings or remove
objects covering the unit. Place the unit in a
cooler location.
Disconnect the cables, and check the power
circuit is right.
Check the battery voltage with a multimeter.
Recycle the battery if the battery voltage is
too low.
Check the connection and re-attach the clips
to the terminals.
