Important information
Please read these operating instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place.
Do not use the devices in water or in the rain. The RF speakers are protected against
drizzle or splashing, but not against heavy rainfall.
The operation of the RF speakers outdoors is permitted only with batteries. Only use
the AC adapters inside buildings.
The AC adapters are designed for these devices only. Do not use the supplied AC
adapters with other devices.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat or strong light.
Do not open the housings or the AC adapters (danger of electric shock!).
Check whether the local mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the
AC adapter.
Avoid touching the battery contacts. Do not touch the contacts with metal objects.
Do not cover the devices (e.g. with a towel, sheet, etc.)
Clean the devices using a moist cloth and never with aggressive cleaning agents.
Constant use at high volumes impairs your hearing and may cause permanent damage.

Preparing your RF speaker
1.
Place the transmitter near to your hi-fi system, your TV or another audio source.
2.
Connect the small AC adapter marked "FOR TRANSMITTER" to the connector on the
transmitter, then plug it into a mains socket.
3.
Connect one end of the audio jack cable to the audio input of the transmitter and the
other end to the headphones output or a Line-Out / Rec-Out output.
4.
Switch on the transmitter using the On/Off switch. The On/Off switch lights up when
the transmitter is on.
5.
Open the battery compartment of the one RF speaker.
6.
Connect one of the large AC adapters marked "FOR SPEAKER" to the AC adapter
connector of the one RF speaker, then plug into a mains socket.
7.
Then slide the battery compartment lid back on to the battery compartment and
proceed in the same way with the second speaker.
8.
Switch on the RF speakers using the On/Off switch. The power-on lamp lights up
blue.
9.
Press the channel selection button on both speakers to find the optimal transmission
channel.
10. Your devices are now ready for operation and transmission begins automatically
when music is played on your audio source.
Explanation of functions
Auto-tuning
Should interference be received, press the channel selection button on the transmitter.
The transmitter then automatically searches for another of the eight possible channels.
Then press the channel selection button on the RF speakers or on the remote control and
the RF speakers will adjust to the new transmission channel.
