or symbol, the Quinton p a r t number, a n d rev level t o which
manufactured.

ltems shall be s1;itably packaged f o r acceptance by c o m m o n
carrier f o r surface transportation, handling, a n d storage
without detrimental effects to the i!ems. Each product shipment
f r o m the m a n u f a c t u r e r m u s t contain written certification o i
compliance with approved construction details.
