1. OWNER’S MANUAL & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1.1. How to read the manual. 1.1.1. Keep this manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly, operation, inspection, maintenance and cleaning procedures. 1.1.2. Write the product’s serial number in the back of the manual near the assembly diagram (or month and year of purchase if product has no number). - Page 4 2.2.4. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges and moving parts. 2.4.8. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation. 2.5. Battery Use and Care 2.5.1. Recharge only with the charger supplied, and specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack. -

3.1.5. Do not short the battery cartridge terminals. Shorting out the terminals may cause and explosion, burns and or a fire. 3.1.6. Do not touch the terminals with any conductive material. 3.1.7. Avoid storing battery cartridge in a container with other metal objects such as nails, coins, etc. -

5. INSERTING / REMOVING BATTERY PACK Do not force the battery pack when sliding it into the power tool unit. If the battery pack does not slide in easily it is not being inserted correctly. 5.1. Always switch off the power tool, make sure the trigger is released before inserting or removing the battery pack. -

7. QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE 7.1. Fitting the accessories Make sure that the trigger is not in the ON position before changing any accessories. When using sanding pads do not apply excessive pressure this will wear the pad and base plate. 7.1.1. - Page 9 7.1.5. Do not apply excessive force to the power tool during operation. 7.2. Trigger lock/speed/battery power indicator. 7.2.1. To operate the on/off switch press the lock tab on the switch to the left and push the switch forward. The switch will stay in this position until the switch is moved backwards to the off position.

8. GENERAL MAINTENANCE To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage. Never immerse your power tool, battery pack or charger in liquid or allow a liquid to flow inside them. To reduce the risk of injury always unplug the charger remove the battery pack from the charger or power tool before performing any maintenance. -
