NX-SW77 Disassembly procedures
1. Removal of Grille Ass'y
a. Push up the Grille Assembly with a flat tip screwdriver
or the like inserted from the bottom. (Fig. 4).
b. Keep pushing up the Grille Assembly gradually until it
can be removed.
* The Grille Assembly is fixed securely at 6 dowels.
When removing it, use care not to cause a scratch
or any damage to the main unit. When reinstalling
it, apply quick-drying type bond to the dowels of
the Grille Assembly and fit it in place securely. (If it
is only pushed in, it will come off easily.)
2. Removal of Amplifier Unit
Remove 12 screws (5) and then remove the Amplifier
Unit. (Fig. 5)
I P.C.B. OPERATION CHECK
a. Remove the Amplifier Unit, referring to Disassembly
procedures described above.
b. Remove each P.C.B as required.
c. Connect all the connectors between P.C.B.s as
connected originally.
d. Using 2 DIN cables, connect the AV-S77C and the NX-
SW77.
e. Connect the power cord of the NX-SW77 to the AC
power outlet and turn on the power.
