  • Page 7 FIXINGS: 1. Find one polyfoam block from the packaging and put it on the floor before start assembling your YORK endurance cycle. Part 2. Ask someone to help you put the front end of this cycle on the polyfoam and raise the rear end of this cycle for rear stabiliser assembly.

To obtain a pulse reading you must have both your left and right hands on the sensors at the same time.
