Control panel
is the location for all the main
Tools > Control panel
settings on your phone that are system-wide and often
affect more than one application. This is where you go
to initially set up your phone, and to change the settings
at any point after that.
Note: Some settings can be locked or hidden by your
operator.

to specify who should be able to reach you, and
