6. Removal of PU Mechanism Unit
a. Remove 2 screws ( !1 ) and then remove the PU
Unit Ass'y as shown Fig. 6.

b. Remove 4 screws ( !2 ) and then remove the PU
Mechanism Unit as shown in Fig. 7.

Operation Check Procedure
q Disassembly
1) Remove the top cover.
2) Remove the Clamp Ass'y.
3) Remove the stabilizer from the Holder.
Turn the Plate clockwise by 30° while holding
the Stabilizer, and the Plate will come off.
Remove the Stabilizer from the Holder.
w Clamp the disc by using the stabilizer.
e Set to the TEST mode and check for any
faulty conditions.
