1. No Power
Please reinsert and make sure the
AC of 100-240 is normal
Measure U701, U702 Pin2=3.3V,
U703 Pin1=1.8V
Check if X401,X402 oscillate
waveforms are normal
No power
Press power key and look if the
picture is normal
