When you receive a call alert, you cannot
receive phone calls or walkie-talkie calls until
you do one of the following:

Answer Press the WT button to begin a
walkie-talkie call with the sender.
Press K under Queue to store the
Queue
call alert to the call alert queue.
Press K under Clear to dismiss
Clear
and delete the call alert.

You can store a phone number or walkie-talkie
ID (private ID) in Contacts:
Find it: / >
Contacts > [New Contact]

1 Enter a name for the new entry, then
press r. The entry's name can contain
up to 20 characters.
2 Select a Ringer, then press r.
3 Select the entry type (Mobile, Walkie-Talkie,
Work1, Work2, Home, Email, Fax, Pager, Msg Group,
IP , or Other). To store a walkie-talkie ID,
choose Walkie-Talkie.
4 Enter the number for the entry, then
press r.
Tip: When you store a walkie-talkie ID, be
sure to entire the entire number, including
the asterisks.
5 Press K under Save to save the entry.
