• The download GPS map and the
displayed language may vary depending
on your currently located country or
region.
• The current date and time are
automatically updated based on the
GPS map you are using.
• If you are provided with GPS car
navigation and driving with it, you may
be distracted by checking the route on
your phone. It is recommended to have
the company checking the GPS map for
you.
While using GPS service, it takes a while
receiving data from the satellites and
calculating the distance. The time to
connect to GPS satellites and the
position accuracy depend mainly on the
weather condition and satellite
coverage, which may be degraded by
buildings and architecture in your
surrounding area.
To shorten the connection time and
improve position accuracy, your
network operator may use AGPS servers
to better receive GPS data through the
base stations. To setup AGPS servers,
contact your network operator for
settings in detail (GPS settings, page 75).

You can enter events in the calendar.
The time and date must be set for the
calendar to work correctly.
AM/PM or 24h display depends on your
clock settings (page 72).
The calendar offers you 3 views: daily,
weekly and monthly. When you switch
the view, the current hour/day/week is
marked.
Press
(Options) and select
Daily/Weekly/
Monthly
different views, or for more options.

Daily view

Display events of the current day. You
can scroll from 12 AM to 11 PM. A
vertical line indicates the event
duration.
One day forward/back.
One hour forward/back.
Edit/New event (page 57).
A contact's birthday is displayed with
subject "Birthday" in a single hour slot at
the day start time (page 57). If a birthday
event is highlighted, press
the contact.
